As you can see from the video from a recent coaching session, you’re journey begins with a Fitness Test assessment to determine your strengths and weaknesses as well as your current fitness as specifically relates to the Victoria Police Fitness Test.
Russell will then share with you a lot of the common mistakes made by so many police applicants and teach you how to avoid them. Russell will show you the correct technique so you know exactly how to perform each of the tests to get the best results. These tips and techniques are simply invaluable and account for a large part of the success of so many Prime Motion Fitness clients.
Once we find your starting position (based on your fitness test assessment) and you understand the strategies and all of the tips and techniques involved in performing each test correctly, we can start on your personalised training schedule.
You’ll be provided with, simply, the best training program available for police applicants. The information in these training manuals is worth it’s weight in gold, all 175+ pages!

But, we’re not just going to throw it at you, we’ll help you to personalise your training schedule so you’ll know exactly what you need to do and when you need to do it! All of this is covered in your first face to face group coaching session.
You’ll leave that session with a clear plan and training pack, including a heart rate monitor watch and grip strengthening ring, and all the support you’ll ever need. Then it’s up to you to get stuck in and do the work!
You’ll be able to attend informal weekly training sessions with Russell and Mark to keep you motivated and supported and to build friendships with other coaching program clients.
When you’re ready you can attend another group coaching session (conducted monthly) to re-assess and to run through the practice test again to make sure everything is on schedule as planned.
